Custom Video Game

I’m looking for developers who can create a custom video game experience. I’m open to ideas, the premise of the game would be multiple levels (custom), single player, with a final level to unlock a code that correlates to a box which would be used for a proposal. The game would essentially set up the proposal. I’m open to game styles and platforms.
