Birthday / Christmas Gift

I’d love to gift my husband a personalized video game for his birthday and/or Christmas this year (2021). No idea what the turnaround time might be, so if nothing else I’m interested for next year (2022). I can provide games he likes, other hobbies/interests, and any other detail to build the game. No idea what the price for something like this would be, so am open to discussion here.
